Please be aware that all Best in Show Trolleys are custom-made to order and are final sale items, meaning returns are not accepted. The current lead time for assembly is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific model and color chosen. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be canceled, and a 30% cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled during production or painting stages. Given that these trolleys are tailor-made to your specifications, we encourage you to carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase. Autoslide Product Return Policy:

  • Restocking Fee: All returns of Autoslide products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.​

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.​

Please ensure that products are returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to confirm receipt. For further details, please refer to our full return policy or contact our customer service team.

General Return Guidelines:

 

  • Return Period: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure that the package is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: Any return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Affirm Payment & Refund Policy Update

All Affirm-financed transactions are subject to an additional 10% non-refundable processing fee in the event of a cancellation or refund. This fee is separate from and in addition to any applicable restocking or return fees outlined in our general return policy.

Once an order for these items is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly review product specifications and ensure the equipment meets their requirements before making a purchase.​

Manufacturer's Warranty

Each of the aforementioned analyzers comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer and covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.​

Warranty Claims Process

  • ​Please note that all sales of Vet Chroma, Wondfo, and Healvet progesterone analyzers are final. Each device is covered under its respective manufacturer's warranty:​

  • Wondfo Finecare Vet Analyzer: Offers a one-year complimentary warranty

  • Healvet Testing Systems: Include a one year warranty

  • Oxygen Concentrators: All sales of oxygen concentrators are final. These items are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty for specifics about coverage.

  • Progesterone Analyzers and Intensive Care Units: These items are considered final sale. While they are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, all sales on these items are final, and we will not accept returns.

  • Professional Grooming Equipment, Oxygen Concentrators, and Ultrasound Machines: These items are also considered final sale. They are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, but all sales on these items are final, and we will not accept returns.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@k9reproduction.com with a video of the damage. We offer warranty parts for any items that may be defective. In the case that a part needs to be exchanged, please send us an email and we can walk you through the warranty process. Please refer to individual manufacturer product details or reach out to customersupport@k9reproduction.com to ask about what kind of warranty is offered before ordering.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure you insure the package and add signature delivery. In the event that the product is found to be defective upon arrival due to shipping damage, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Once approval is given, your refund will be processed.
