Each box contains 10 individual tests and provides reliable, accurate results when used as directed. Unlike the newer Vet Chroma Neo kits, these tests require cold storage to maintain stability and ensure test accuracy.

Storage Requirement: Refrigerated (2°C–8°C / 35.6°F–46.4°F)
Shelf Life: Refer to expiration date on box; use oldest boxes first (FIFO method)
Handling Notes:
Do not freeze
Allow tests to come to room temperature (15–30 minutes) before use
Return unused tests to refrigeration immediately after opening
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight

While these tests are designed to be stored under refrigeration for long-term stability, short-term exposure during shipping is acceptable.
The Vet Chroma Classic tests are built with temperature tolerance and can safely withstand normal shipping conditions without ice packs for a few days.
Short shipping periods (2–5 days) in typical transit conditions should not affect performance.
However, for long-term storage once received, tests must be refrigerated immediately to preserve accuracy and shelf life.
We recommend planning delivery when someone can promptly receive the package and refrigerate upon arrival.
