Assembly and Shipping
To avoid oversized shipping charges and keep costs low, all trolleys are shipped without the wheels attached. Assembly is simple and quick, requiring only a 3/4” wrench to secure the wheel bolts to the trolley. Detailed instructions are included for your convenience.
Important Note: The powder-coated finish is not warranted against damage from dog urine on the frame base of the trolley or the caster wheels. Urine can cause the finish to bubble and peel over time.

Limited Warranty: K9reproduction.com warrants to the original purchaser that this new Best in Show item is free from defects in material and workmanship. Any repairs or replacement resulting from normal use and intended use due to faulty material and/or inferior workmanship will be repaired or replaced for one year to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of K9reproduction.com.
The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
Damage or other product problems resulting from abuse and/or abnormal use, including improper folding of the trolley and abuse to hinges.
Contents inside or outside of the trolley.
Wear and tear to handle grips, trolley skirts, wheels, or grooming noose.
Damage caused by dogs/animals to any part of the trolley, inside or out.
Damage to the trolley from weather conditions or acts of God.
Wobbling wheels due to uneven weight distribution of pets and items inside the trolley or crate, or due to floor or surface conditions.
